ASTM A312 TP304H pipe are widely used in pipeline construction, oil and chemical industry, nuclear technology, and boiler making industry. The increased carbon content delivers a greater tensile and yield strength.
The austenitic structure of TP304H stainless steel also gives it excellent toughness, even down to cryogenic temperatures. We supply and manufacture this pipe with a wide range of sizes, from 10.0mm to 1219mm.
The wall thickness of TP304H stainless steel seamless pipe ranges from 0.5mm to 100mm. The common length of each pipe is 5.8m, 6.0m, 11.8m, 12m. The maximum length we produce is up to 18m.

They are intended for service at temperatures where creep and stress rupture properties are important. 1.4919 stainless steel seamless pipes have a very good resistance to raised temperature. Compared with 316 stainless, 316H stainless has many advantages, such as heat resistance, acid resistance and corrosion resistance. 316H stainless steel is a higher carbon variant of 316 stainless steel, which makes it more suitable for high temperature environment. The increased carbon content delivers a greater tensile and yield strength.

These different requirements provide higher creep-rupture strength than normally achievable in similar grades without these different requirements. Grade TP347HFG stainless steel seamless pipe shall be cold finished.

This tube includes mechanically polished cleaning tube and bright annealing cleaning tube. The tubes need to be mechanical polished.
Mechanical polishing can be divided into three steps: Coarse Grinding, Fine Grinding, QC of external surface(Visual exam of inner pipe, appearance inspection, roughness, roundness, outside diameter thickness). Then degreasing is necessary.

Tolerances for Length of 904L Seamless Stainless Steel Pipe/Tube
When pipe or tube is ordered cut-to-length, the length shall not be less than that specified, but a variation of +3.2mm will be permitted, except that for lengths over 9.1m, a variation of 6.4mm will be permitted.
